Accreditation
 
Recorded Skills training provider of Service SETA.[i]; BEE level 4 compliant. [ii]

Training Venue/s 
Depending on numbers per workshop, we will secure sufficient facilities providing boardrooms, lunch, secure parking which will be  easily accessible. Sleepover facilities will also be made available at own cost. Training venues could also be secured in any town in South Africa should you require it. We can also ZOOM the workshops for any number of people at any location.


Workshop Fees
All inclusive as outlined on the registration page, excluding VAT at 15%.
For Companies attending, special team-building packages are available when booking for the COMBO 3-day workshops.

 

Registration
Register online or email registration documents at least five working days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Information will be forwarded to you upon registration for payment and confirmation. Payment must be received at least two working days prior to the scheduled workshop, and confirmation will be forwarded no less than one day prior to workshop date.

 

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation: Cancellations will only be confirmed if the cancellation was received in writing via e-mail. Cancellation received <1 week prior to workshop has a 0% cancellation fee. Cancellation received between 7 and 4 days prior to workshop has 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation received > 4 days from workshop has 100% cancellation fee.
Please note: ISS reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to three days prior to the scheduled date if circumstances dictate. In this type of cancellation, a full refund will be given to the delegate or he/she will have the option to register for another scheduled date with fees already paid.
Postponements: Requests to postpone attendance must be received in writing at least five working days prior to commencement of the workshop. Should no written request be received during this period the delegate will be required to pay an additional postponement fee of R450 per delegate in order to be eligible for rescheduling. All course postponements must be utilised within a three month period from the original booking or the course fee will be forfeited.
Absent delegate: In the case of non-attendance of a delegate, and no written cancellation has be received and confirmed, the full course fee will be retained.
Presenter: Should it be necessary, ISS reserves the right to substitute a facilitator.
